South African Air Force Museum

South African Airways Museum
Located at Rand Airport. just outside of Johannesburg.

Pioneers of Aviation Museum
This Kimberly museum is at the site of South Africa's first flying School, established in 1913. This is where the pilots of the South African Aviation Corps, later known as the South African Air Force, were trained. The museum includes a replica of the Compton Patterson biplane flght trainer. Located just past the airport in Kimberley, Northern Cape, onthe way to Magersfontein.
