Ngoma Bridge Border Crossing
The Ngoma Bridge across the Chobe River is located
aout 30 miles west of Botswana's Kasane Town
and it is a border post for crossing between
Botswana and Namibia. That border post is
knwon as the Ngoma Sedudu Transit Control Gate.
Chobe National Park is on the Botswana side
of the border at that point and
the
Salambala Conservancy is on the Namibia side of that border.
Impalila Island (no border post)
Namibia's Impalila Island is locatecd just across
the Chobe River from the town of Kasane but there
is no border post in Kasane. The nearest
border crossing point to Kasane is at the Ngoma Bridge
across the Chobe River, located about 30 miles west
of Kasane.
