the Makgadikgadi Pans. The airport also has flights to South
Africa, Namibia, and destinations within Botswana by
Air Botswana, Air Namibia, and Airlink. Flying time
from Gabarone is about 1.5 hours and flying time from Johannesburgh
in South Africa is about 2 hours.
The airport is located about 3 miles from the center of the town of Maun,
it has one 6560 foot runway, and it is situated at an elevation of
about 3090 feet.

Francistown International Airport
The third busiest airport in Botswana is located about 1.5 miles
west of Francistown and about 280 miles north of Gabarone.
Most of its flights are operated by Air Botswana to destinations

Kasane International Airport
Northern Botswana airport located about 4 miles south of the town
of Kisane. Has scheduled flights between Kasane and Gabaarone and
charter flights to other destinations. Primarily serves
tourists flying from Gabarone to visit Chobe National Park and
visitors taking a shuttle bus to Victoria Falls in Zimbababwe.
The Kasane Airport has one 6570 foot runway and it is situated
at an elevation of about 3290 feet. It is located near the four
corners area bordering Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
