Toyota Kahalari Botswana 100 Desert Race
Long distance off-road, motorized vehicle race held for more then 30 years in the Kahalari Desert. Between 1975 and 1979 the event was known as the Total Trans Kahalari Road Race. In 1980 the event was sponsored by IGI and since 1981 the race has been by Toyota. In 1991 the race was moved from Vryburg, South Africa. to Botswana.
