Established in 1970 by the Botswana Development Corporation
to develop and support the country's rural-based handicraft industry
Today it is Botswana's largest retailer and exporter of Botswana
handicrafts. Privately owned since 1993 and today it sells
crafts made in Botswana and crafts made in other developing
countries in Southern Africa. Has a shop selling Botswana's famous
baskets and other crafts, the Courtyard Restaurant serving
breakfast and lunch, and a cultural and performance venue.
Located on Magochanyama Road.
